Peel 6 spuds and cut into chunks, par-boil and rough up
 before adding to baking pan.

Toss in heaps of olive oil, roast at 200°C for 30 minutes. Add
sliced chorizo, chuck back in the oven and cook for a further
15-20 mins.

Toss lots & lots of The Laughing Cow cheese triangles through
 the spuds. Sprinkle delicately with chopped spring onion, then
dive in!
