No Cooking Required
Blitz together in a food processor:
- 1 ½ cups rolled oats
- 4 The Laughing Cow cheese triangles
- 1 cup almond meal
- ½ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup dried apricots
- 2 tbsp honey (or more to taste)
- 2 tsp vanilla (if ya fancy)
- ½ cup coconut
- Add 2 tbsp dark cocoa powder if you want them chocolatey.
- Roll into balls and dip in coconut or oats, the choice is yours!
